I've spent most of my career building products and leading teams at Intel, HP, Rackspace, BioNTech, and Phoenix Contact. Over the last two years, I started building projects with AI as a real development partner, not a chatbot. 15+ projects later: SaaS products, developer tools, educational platforms, and automation systems. The gap wasn't in the technology. It was in how people approach it.
REPOSITION started as a framework I used internally. The workshops, cheatsheets, and skills you see here came from that framework, tested in real workflows with real teams.
In July 2026, REPOSITION Labs opens. Workshop recordings, guest speakers from different domains, deeper workshops beyond the free series, and a community of people building the same skills.
