When you interact with REPOSITION, we may collect:

• Name — to personalize emails and workshop communications
• Email address — to send workshop details, newsletter, cheatsheet access, and community updates
• Role or title (optional) — to understand our audience and tailor content
• Feedback responses — ratings and comments submitted after workshops
• Testimonials — quotes and metrics submitted with your permission

We do not collect browsing data, behavioral tracking, device fingerprinting, or any information beyond what you voluntarily provide.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To send you confirmation emails with workshop access details
• To communicate changes to scheduled workshops (date, time, cancellation)
• To deliver the newsletter (The Compounder) if you subscribed
• To send cheatsheet access links if you requested them
• To notify you about REPOSITION Labs if you joined the waitlist
• To prepare aggregate statistics (e.g., "40 of 50 spots filled") — never individual data

We will not sell your data to third parties or send you unsolicited emails beyond what you signed up for.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your data based on your consent (form submission) and our legitimate interest in organizing workshops and delivering content you requested.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our server within the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). It is protected by standard technical measures and is not shared with any third-party services beyond our email delivery provider (Resend, Inc., which processes data in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Cookies

This website uses two categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies — a session cookie for the admin dashboard login. These are always active and required for site functionality.
• Analytics cookies — currently not in use. If Google Analytics is added in the future, it will only activate if you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and localStorage in your browser.

Regular visitors who are not logged in receive no cookies at all.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Data Retention

We retain your data while you are actively subscribed or engaged, plus 30 days after your last interaction. After that period, data is deleted unless you re-engage (e.g., register for another workshop or resubscribe).

9. Third Parties

• Resend — email delivery only. Resend processes your email address to send emails you requested. Resend privacy policy
• Hetzner — hosting only. Your data is stored on Hetzner servers in Germany. Hetzner privacy policy

No other third parties receive your data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
