Last Thursday was W5: Build Something That Earns. We stopped learning AI and started earning with it.
Most people collect AI tools the way others collect certifications. They learn prompting, build workflows, run strategy sessions, and never reach the step that pays. W5 drew the line differently. There are three paths to earn with AI: build a product, get a job, or deliver a service. Products are slow. Jobs depend on someone else. A service earns the day you deliver it, which makes it the fastest path.
The thing we built live was a content system. Feed a business website to AI and get back its voice, audience, and content pillars. Then produce, in about ten minutes, a full month of on-brand work: twelve posts, four newsletter sections, eight outlines. That is the unit you sell. Not the tool. The finished month.
Same goal: earn with AI this month.
Before:
I want to use AI to make money. What should I build? Give me product ideas.
After:
I can deliver a month of on-brand content for a local business in ten minutes once the brand analysis is done. Name one business I know that posts inconsistently and ignores its reviews. I will record a twenty-second Loom of what I would produce for them and send it today.
The first prompt waits for inspiration. The second ships a pitch.
The series closes with the capstone: You've Been Doing REPOSITION. Everything from W1 through W5, pointed at one framework you keep using.
